Questions about your 'Santa Max Experience' Visit
Booking an appointment
- Click on Book NOW button.
- Scroll down “Book Your Appointment Here”.
- Select your Date and Time.
- There are questions about who is visiting Santa. The more information you give us about your children, their ages, what they want for Christmas, etc. — the more magical it will be for your children. Santa calls their names and pets when they walk in the door.
- Pay for your Santa visit.
Can I just drop by the Santa studio to book an appointment?
No, all bookings for Santa Max Experience are only accepted online.
How do I Cancel or Reschedule my appointment?
- You can Cancel or Reschedule your appointment by clicking the “Cancel/Reschedule” link in your confirmation email.
- If you cannot find your confirmation email, send an email to santa@santamax.co.
- Remember, you must cancel or reschedule prior to 24 before your appointment.
Can I bring my sister's (or brother's or friend's) family on my visit?
The Santa Max appointments are only for your immediate family. However, grandparents are welcome. The only exception is if you and your sister’s (brother’s or friend’s) family schedule two back-to-back appointments, then you can all visit Santa Max together for both sessions and get whole group, cousins, or any individual pictures in your 10 minutes.
Can I schedule a Santa visit longer than 7 minutes?
Yes, you can schedule two back-to-back sessions.
How do I get the link to my pictures?
The link to your personal Dropbox picture folder is included in your reminder emails (one at 48 hours and one at 24 hours). So, you have the link even before we take the pictures at your Santa visit!
Why do you ask questions about children, pets, and other things when I register for an appointment?
We want to give the very best Santa Max Experience possible to your children and your family. If Santa knows personal information such as your child’s name, age, pet name, and elf-on-the-shelf name, it is a more special experience for your child.
